Idaho Falls REALTORS® and lenders recognized for helping homeowners

Ten REALTORS® and lenders in the Idaho Falls area are being recognized for their work connecting homebuyers with the affordable home loan programs offered through Idaho Housing and Finance Association. In the past year, REALTORS® and lenders in the area have teamed up with Idaho Housing to help nearly 1,100 homebuyers purchase their first homes, representing a $119 million investment in the community.

Nationally recognized author and community development strategist Peter Kageyama will be speaking at a Twin Falls luncheon for the Magic Valley business community June 9. Idaho Housing and Finance Association has announced a partnership with Moscow Affordable Housing Trust to become the training location host for its signature Finally Home! Homebuyer Education course. The first course offering is a two-night class on March 22 and 23 at the 1912 Center in Moscow, and goes from 5:30-9:00 p.m.

Idaho Housing and Finance Association is announcing the 2016 Point-in-Time (PIT) Count scheduled for today, Wednesday, January 27, 2016.
