CALDWELL, ID – January 06, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — Although times may be tough economically for many Treasure Valley residents, there is an affordable housing option available for seniors. Vineyard Suites at Indian Creek is a newer 50-unit development in Caldwell, and still has units available to rent. The development is owned by New Beginnings Housing, LLC and was financed by Idaho Housing and Finance Association.

“We are thrilled to be able to provide service-enriched, quality, affordable housing for Treasure Valley seniors,” said Greg Urrutia of New Beginnings Housing, LLC, the developer of this project.

Vineyard Suites at Indian Creek features one-and two-bedroom apartments for seniors 55 and older who meet income requirements. The property was recently named best private project in its class in Idaho by Intermountain Construction’s Best of 2008 awards. Amenities at this beautiful site along Indian Creek include a 700-foot paved walking path along the creek, a community room with a kitchen, exercise room, computer and library study room, and craft room. The property has 24 hour on-site management with secured access and security cameras. Each unit offers a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, disposal, and washer/dryer hookups, as well as a private patio or balcony, storage, and covered parking. Residents are very active in the Vineyard Suites community, and regularly hold classes and programs on site.
