$13M Obligated for Emergency Homeowners’ Loan Program in Idaho
BOISE, ID - November 10, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- A total of 308 Idaho homeowners at risk of foreclosure will keep their homes thanks to Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA). As the administrator of the Emergency Homeowners’ Loan Program (EHLP) funds awarded to Idaho by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) last April, IHFA has successfully obligated 100 percent of the $13 million awarded.
Idaho Unemployed Homeowners Urged to Apply for Emergency Loan Program
BOISE, ID - September 5, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- The deadline for submitting an application to the Emergency Homeowners’ Loan Program (EHLP) in Idaho is fast approaching. Unemployed homeowners who are at risk of foreclosure can submit applications until Sept. 19 for the zero-interest, forgivable loans, which will help those who qualify make their mortgage payments for up to 24 months.
