The REALTORS® being honored helped 410 new homebuyers utilize IHFA’s IdaMortgage Home Loan program in the last two years—representing a collective total of more than $53 million in loans.

The Home Partnership Foundation is challenging Idahoans to help bring families off the street by donating to the online campaign Avenues for Hope Housing Challenge, at www.aveunesforhope.org. BOISE, ID - November 10, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- A total of 308 Idaho homeowners at risk of foreclosure will keep their homes thanks to Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA). As the administrator of the Emergency Homeowners’ Loan Program (EHLP) funds awarded to Idaho by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) last April, IHFA has successfully obligated 100 percent of the $13 million awarded.

BOISE, ID - September 28, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) and the Idaho Department of Commerce have completed a review of the preliminary draft of the 2011 Analysis of Impediments (AI) report. The AI examines multiple forms of housing-related data from each of Idaho’s 44 counties, and reports on identified impediments to fair housing as well as the best practices for addressing areas of concern.

Redondo, 33, of Meridian, Idaho, was sentenced today to 15 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release for making a false statement to a financial institution, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced. Chief U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill also ordered Redondo to pay $333,403.26 in restitution and perform 80 hours of community service. She pleaded guilty to the charge on February 15, 2011.
