Lee & Associates Completes 10-year Retail Lease in Boise

WASHINGTON, D.C. – October 10, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has completed a 10-year retail lease of a 9,558-square-foot retail space located at 7709 W. Overland Rd. in Boise, Idaho.

Matthew Mahoney, managing principal of Lee’s Idaho office, represented the buyer, TONI & GUY, a salon and beauty academy. Mahoney also represented the landlord, Boise Spectrum – Dunlap, LLC, a commercial real estate asset company.

The academy is moving to a new facility in order to provide students with greater access to training and services. According to its website, TONI & GUY has the distinguished reputation of providing the best education in the cosmetology industry. The academy opened a location in Boise since 2009.
