Avenues for Hope Housing Challenge Campaign Launches to Help Idaho Communities Prevent Homelessness this...

BOISE, ID - November 14, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- Many are at risk of being left out in the cold this winter. The Home Partnership Foundation is challenging Idahoans to help bring families off the street by donating to the online campaign Avenues for Hope Housing Challenge, at www.aveunesforhope.org. This campaign is the first fundraising effort of this kind launched by the Foundation, which was created by Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) in 2005 to help people build a strong foundation for their lives through stable, safe and affordable housing.

$13M Obligated for Emergency Homeowners’ Loan Program in Idaho

BOISE, ID - November 10, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- A total of 308 Idaho homeowners at risk of foreclosure will keep their homes thanks to Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA). As the administrator of the Emergency Homeowners’ Loan Program (EHLP) funds awarded to Idaho by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) last April, IHFA has successfully obligated 100 percent of the $13 million awarded.

Statewide Analysis of Fair Housing Report Open for Public Review, Comments
