BOISE, ID – October 10, 2008 – (RealEstateRama) — Finally Home!® Home Buyer Education is pleased to announce the addition of two new training partners in north Idaho. Bonner County Housing Authority and the Coeur d’Alene Association of REALTORS® will serve north Idaho residents’ homebuyer education needs effective Jan. 1, 2009. The change comes with the resignation of North Idaho College as a regional training partner for the program, effective Dec. 31, 2008. North Idaho College joined the Idaho Partners for Home Buyer Education, Inc. partnership in September 2002. All classes planned by North Idaho College will continue as scheduled through the end of 2008. To reach North Idaho College, call (208) 769-3333. “North Idaho College has done an outstanding job of structuring the Finally Home!® Home Buyer Education course for the maximum benefit of first-time homebuyers,” said Sue Pisani, Finally Home!® Administrator. “We will sincerely miss them as one of our regional training partners, but look forward to continuing to offer this valuable course through our new partners in the region.”

Bonner County Housing Authority will serve Bonner and Boundary Counties. The Coeur d’Alene Association of REALTORS® will serve Kootenai, Benewah, and Shoshone Counties. North Idaho will be well served by offering two locations for these beneficial homebuyer education classes. To reach the Bonner County Housing Authority call (208) 255-1443; the Coeur d’Alene Association of REALTORS® can be reached at (208) 667-0664.

Finally Home!® eight-hour classes are offered statewide by regional training partners in Post Falls, Lewiston, Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Twin Falls, Pocatello, and Idaho Falls.
