Simplot announces Centurion Partners as its development partner

Centurion Partners is pleased to announce its partnership with Simplot Ketchum Properties for the development of the four-acre Simplot parcel in downtown Ketchum, Idaho. The parcel, located on Second Avenue between Fourth and Sixth Streets, is proposed as the site of the Ketchum Lodge–a five-star boutique hotel and residential project, centered around a public plaza and anchored by the proposed Sun Valley Center for the Arts building. Centurion was selected for the project after several other developers had bid on it.
