Landlords: Learn how to handle drug-related activity

COEUR D’ALENE – August 6, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) will hold a free workshop for landlords at 3 p.m., Monday, Aug. 19, at its branch office, 915 W. Canfield Ave., Coeur d’Alene.

Lt. Fred Swanson of the Idaho State Police will discuss how to identify drug-related activities and steps landlords can take if they suspect residents are engaged in illegal behavior. IHFA staff also will discuss the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
