Estimate your property taxes at tax.idaho.gov

Residents in 17 Idaho counties can estimate their 2014 property taxes by visiting the Idaho State Tax Commission’s website at tax.idaho.gov. The “Quick Picks” section on the home page links to a calculator that allows taxpayers to estimate what they will owe

Free training opportunity for housing professionals

$97,000 grant will help Idahoans prevent foreclosure

Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) recently received a $97,000 grant from the National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling Program that will bolster its efforts to provide counseling to Idaho homeowners in danger of foreclosure.

Mobile home owners: Money available for safety improvements

A $120,000 grant will help make older mobile homes in Idaho safer and more livable. The Idaho Community Reinvestment Corporation and Idaho Housing and Finance Association contributed $60,000 apiece to the Home Safety Grant Program to inspect and repair mobile homes built before 1976
